Buddy Starcher wasn't only an artist who signed an agreement,
he was also one of my penpals from 1983 to 1990. I learned a lot about
his private life and his early days in business. He was a good promoter
and an early FOUR STAR distributor on the West coast of the USA. He had
two LP releases on Cattle Records in the 1980s (LP 58 and LP 80).
