Cecil Surratt was widely known for his LP releases on KING and AUDIO LAB with Smitty Smith. The guy from Bluefield, West Virginia recorded also solo recordings respectively Smitty Smith wasn't credited since he was not the singer, but his guitar player. A dozen samples of these recordings from the 1960s have been released on BINGE LP 1008 in 1987.
