Tex Atchison was the only survivor of the original PRAIRIE RAMBLERS back in 1982 when his LP 32 on the CATTLE label was planned. That is why we dedicated the album to Tex by choosing the title "Tex's Dance". It is with deep regret that he passed away during the preparations of the LP release. Tex proudly sent us this newspaper clipping about his induction into the "Country Music Hall Of Fame" plus the flyer of Romeo Records not too long before he passed on.
