The Country artists of USA's East coast were often basically known in the East and East Canada. Smokey Warren is such an example who lived in Linden, New Jersey when he signed up with CATTLE RECORDS in 1983. He still toured the Northeast and parts of Canada when we had been in touch. His brother Shorty played with him on many of his recordings. The photographs are from the 1950s (rather earlier than late 50s).
